Stephanie (Tanger) Wolf primarily handles a variety
of nonimmigrant business immigration matters, including employment
visas for professionals, intracompany transferees, investors,
and trainees. Ms. Wolf previously worked in prominent small
and large corporate immigration groups, including seven years
as an immigration paralegal prior to law school. Ms. Wolf's
background includes the panoply of business immigration issues,
including business visitors, H-1B, TN, L-1, E, O-1, and H-3
petitions, labor certification and PERM applications, multinational
manager immigrant petitions, outstanding researchers &
extraordinary ability petitions, and adjustment of status
and consular processing immigrant visa applications.
Ms. Wolf received her J.D. from the University of San Francisco
School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from the University
of Vermont. In law school, she received CALI (AmJur) Awards
for Excellence in Contracts and Legal Research & Writing,
and she received an ABA Award for Excellence in the Study
of Labor & Employment Law. Her work has been published
in the Harvard Latino Law Review, and she competed in the
Wagner Moot Court Competition in New York, arguing on immigration
and employment law topics. She was also an intern at the San
Francisco Immigration Court. Ms. Wolf is admitted to practice
in the State of California and she is an active member of
the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and Queen's
Bench Bar Association of the San Francisco Bay Area.
