Dilnaz Saleem is an associate attorney in Berry Appleman & Leiden’s Dallas, Texas office. Ms. Saleem handles an array of business immigration matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Saleem practiced all areas of immigration law with a full-service immigration law firm. Ms. Saleem handled both family and employment based immigration matters. Her employment based experience included nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, labor certification applications, and adjustment of status applications.

Ms. Saleem received her Bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University, where she graduated with honors and obtained her B.B.A. and her B.A. in Psychology. She received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. During her time at the Law Center, Ms. Saleem was involved in the Asian Law Students Association, was a semi-finalist in the John Black Moot Court Competition, and worked as a student attorney in the Immigration Clinic. Her legal experience also includes clerkships with the United States District Court, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office. Ms. Saleem is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
