Ranita Shah is an associate attorney with Berry Appleman & Leiden who handles legal matters pertaining to the processing of permanent resident applications (green cards) on behalf of corporate clients, including labor certification applications, immigrant visa petitions and adjustment of status applications.
Prior to joining Berry Appleman & Leiden, Ms. Shah was an associate with a solo practitioner in Silicon Valley where she concentrated on employment-based nonimmigrant visas and adjustment of status applications. Her experience also encompassed family-based visas, and naturalization applications.
Ms. Shah received her B.S. in Political Science as well as her J.D. from Santa Clara University. Ms. Shah is admitted to practice in the State of California and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is fluent in Hindi and conversant in Nepali.
