Jennifer
Horvath is a senior associate attorney in Berry Appleman &
Leiden's Dallas, Texas office. Ms. Horvath handles an array
of business and family immigration matters for employers in
a variety of industries. She has specifically handled nonimmigrant
and immigrant petitions for athletes of various sports including
ice skating, horse back riding, tennis and golf. She currently
focuses on handling nonimmigrant and immigrant matters for
large corporate clients.
Ms. Horvath obtained her law degree from University of Pittsburgh
in 2001, together with a Masters degree in International Affairs
with concentration in Latin American Studies. She graduated
with a Bachelors degree in Italian and Comparative Literature
from Emory University in 1994. Ms. Horvath is knowledgeable
in the foreign languages of Spanish and Italian, with basic
knowledge of Portuguese.
Ms. Horvath is licensed to practice in the state of Texas,
and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association
("AILA"), the American Bar Association and the Dallas
Hispanic Bar Association. Ms. Horvath is currently the Young
Lawyer's Division representative for AILA in Texas.
