Natalie Joy L. Ang is an associate attorney in Berry, Appleman & Leiden's San Francisco, CA office. Ms. Ang handles legal matters related to obtaining lawful permanent resident status in the United States including labor certification processing, immigrant visa petitions, and adjustment of status applications.
Prior to joining our firm, she was an associate with a full service immigration law firm in San Francisco. Ms. Ang has extensive experience with corporate immigration and employment matters, specializing in labor certifications, nonimmigrant visas, and permanent residency options for immigrant workers. In addition, she represented individuals before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for adjustment of status, naturalization hearings, various waivers, and other family reunification matters. Ms. Ang also represented individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeal (BIA) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Ms. Ang received her B.A. degree in Political Science from
New York University. She received her J.D. degree from the
Pennsylvania State University 's Dickinson School of Law.
Ms. Ang is admitted to the New York State Bar and is also
admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for
the Ninth Circuit.
Ms. Ang is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and New York Bar Association. She is conversant in Tagalog.
