   lieu of a baccalaureate degree.
‡  Applicants with appropriate work experience or acquired 
   knowledge may qualify for this category without any academic 
   or vocational degree.  However, special restrictions attach

*  Applicants possessing a postsecondary diploma (i.e., a 2-year 
   college degree), and 3 years of relevant work experience, may 
   qualify without possessing a baccalaureate degree.
