December 19, 2011 - U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) has posted an L-1 Request for Evidence (RFE) template on its website for review and comment.  The RFE template was posted to allow stakeholders to provide input regarding the document and make recommendations for revisions.  The draft RFE only covers the issues of whether the U.S. and foreign companies have a qualifying relationship and whether the company is doing business.  It does not reference specialized knowledge or any other requirements to establish L-1 eligibility.
